The series of superfinishing machine are mainly used for finishing the pin gear housing outer ring groove, double stage.
主要结构与特点 Main Structures and Features
1、SIMENS (或FANUC)全数字交流伺服控制系统
2、摆头左右，上下移动采用伺服控制
3、采用双工位两步法超精，粗、精超工步，工件转速、油石压力、振荡频率自动转换。
1、Adopting SIEMENS (or FANUC) all-digital AC servo control system.
2、Movement of swing head is controlled by AC servo motro.
3、Double-stage and two-steps for superfinishing is used. Rough and fine superfinishing processing steps are used in the machine. The revolution of workpiece, stone pressure and oscillation frequency can be automatically transformed.
