主要结构与特点 Main Structures and Features
1、SIMENS (或FANUC)全数字交流伺服控制系统
2、工件轴采用套筒式高精度工件轴，工件电机采用交流变频电机，无级变频调速。
3、砂轮轴采用电主轴，60m/s高速磨削，无级变频调速。
4、采用单点金刚笔自动修整。
5、工件拖板与磨架拖板分别采用交流伺服电机驱动。
6、磨削采用砂轮外圆（外锥面）磨削，同时磨削过程可采用工件小往复，有效避免加工面的烧伤。
1、Adopting SIEMENS (or FANUC) all-digital AC servo control system.
2、Adopting a high-precision shaft with sleeve, the motor of workpiece adopts AC frequency variable motor, frequency variable speed.
3、A high rigidity, high precision and high speed spindle is used for wheel shaft in order to achieve the grinding at the high-speed of 60m/s, frequency variable speed.
4、Adopting single-point diamond pen for dressing automatically.
5、AC servo motor drive is used for the carriages of workpiece and grinding support separately, with the support of cross roller rails.
6、Using the outer circle (outer conic) of wheel to grind. In order to avoid the burn of grinding faces effectively, a small reciprocating of workpiece is used during the grinding simultaneously.
