主要用途Main Purposes
本系列磨床为多功能磨床，可用于磨削轴承套圈的各被加工表面，包括：内径、外径、直母线滚道、球轴承沟道、调心轴承滚道、挡 边、端面等；精度均达到或超过P4级轴承标准要求。
This series of grinders are multifunctional grinders, and they're mainly used to grind every surface, including bore, outer diameter, strait line raceway, ball groove, self-aligning raceway, rib, end face and so on. The processing level can reach P4 or over P4.

1、 SIMENS全数字交流伺服控制系统
2、切入式或往复式磨削
3、电永磁磁盘、远程控制充退磁控制器，在操作面板数字调整磁力大小
4、工件主轴采用静压主轴或高精度轴承支承主轴，变频无级调速
5、砂轮轴：采用动静压主轴或高刚性电主轴，变频无级调速。
6、单点金刚笔自动修整
1、Adopting SIMENS all-digital AC servo control system.
2、Adopting the cut-in grinding or reciprocation grinding mode..
3、Electrical permanent chuck, magnetizing and demagnetizing controlled by remote control. The amount of magnetic power can be adjusted by digitals on operating panel.
4、Adopting a high-precision shaft with sleeve is used for workpiece with an adjustable speed by a variable frequency converter.
5、Workpiece shaft: Dynamic and static-pressure spindle or high precision bearing spindle.
6、Adopting single point diamond pen for dressing automatically.
