本系列磨床主要用于磨削推力球轴承内圈沟道
This series of grinders are used to grind the inner groove of thrust ball bearings.
主要结构与特点 Main Structures and Features
1、 FANUC (或SIMENS )全数字交流伺服控制系统
2、 砂轮进绐、切入式磨削
3、 电磁无心夹具、远程控制充退磁控制器，在操作面板数字调整磁力大小
4、 工件轴采用套筒式高精度工件轴，变频无级调速
5、 砂轮轴:3MB1040CNC、3MB1050CNC、3MB1060CNC、3MB1080CNC、采用动静压主轴，其余采用电主轴，可实现 60m/s高速、高精度磨削，变频无级调速
6、 伺服电机单点金刚笔自动修整，独立双支撑圆弧修整器
1、Adopting Japan FANUC (or SIMENS) all-digital AC servo control system.
2、Wheel feeding and cut-in grinding.
3、Electromagnetic centerless clamp, magnetizing and demagnetizing controlled by remote control. The amount ofmagnetic power can be adjusted by digitals on operating panel.
4、Adopting a high-precision shaft with sleeve is used for workpiece shaft with an adjustable speed by a variable frequency.
5、Wheel shaft: The dynamic and static-pressure spindles are used for 3MB1040CNC、3MB1050CNC、3MB1060CNC、3MB1080CNC and a common spindles are used for others in order to realize to grind at a high-speed of 60m/s with a high precision and frequency-variable adjustable-speed.
6、5.Adopting the single point diamond pen with double support arc dresser for dressing automatically.
