本系列磨床主要用于磨削深沟球轴承、角接触球轴承（沟、坡一次磨）、双列球轴承、双列角接触球轴承（双沟、双坡一次磨）、 四点接触球轴承等系列轴承的外圏沟道

This series of grinders are used to grind the outer raceways of deep groove ball bearings, angular contact ball bearings ( grinding the groove and slopes at the same time.double-row ball bearings, double-row angular contact ball bearings ( grinding the double grooves and double slopes at the same time ) as well as four-point contact ball bearings.

主要结构与特点 Main Structures and Features

1、SIMENS、FANUC、MITSUBISHI等成套全数字伺服控制系统；

2、工件架进给、磨架移动、砂轮自动修整和补偿；

3、电磁无心夹具、远程控制充退磁控制器；

4、工件轴采用套筒式高精度工件轴，变频调速

5、砂轮轴：3MB1440CNC、3MB1450CNC、3MB1460CNC、3MB1480CNC采用动静压主轴（或电主轴），其余采用电主轴 (包括同步电主轴），可实现60m/s高速、高精度磨削，变频调速

6、伺服电机单点金刚笔自动回转修整（专利号;201310005868.6)

1、Adopting SIEMENS、FANUC、MITSUBISHIall-digital AC servo control system.

2、Cut-in grinding.

3、Electromagnetic centerless clamp, magnetizing and demagnetizing controlled by remote control. The amount of magnetic power can be adjusted by digitals on operating panel.

4、Adopting a high-precision shaft with sleeve and adjusting the speed by a variable frequency.

5、Wheel shaft: The dynamic and static-pressure spindles are used for 3MB1450CNC, 3MB1460CNC and 3MB1480CNC. A common spindle is used for others in order to realize to grind at a high-speed of 60m/s with a high precision and frequency-variable adjustable-speed.
